Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please review the following policies before booking: * A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 service fee. * No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged $25 of the scheduled service. * Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the cancellation fee may apply. * Please arrive with clean lashes. Excessively dirty lashes may require additional cleansing time or a cleaning fee before your appointment can begin. * If you are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. * By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
